Welcome to Passionate Palate where you can find "real food" imported from several regions of Italy. This food is produced by traditional methods, where the families concerned work with passion and devotion, handing down the love of the fruits of the land from one generation to the next.
By travelling from one area to another and sampling many products, we have been able to import some of the excellent olive oils, artisan pasta, traditional sauces and balsamic vinegars from Masters in those particular fields.
These products have been selected for flavour, as in the case of olive oils and sauces, texture, as in pulses and cereals, consistency and flavour as in pastas. It is important to know the origin of all these products and that makes one's enjoyment of them even greater.
