Our artisan pasta is made in a traditional way, is bronze drawn and dried very slowly, which gives the best results for consistency.The producer in Umbria uses their own ingredients which have been produced without chemicals and pesticides. Their pulses and cereals too, are of the highest quality, again being produced by traditional farming methods. Other pasta, sauces and specialities we have sourced from companies who use the finest ingredients and do not add unnatural colourings to their products.
