The Solera 12 Apple Balsamic won Gold in the Great Taste Awards 2006.
It is one of the great specialities of the Antica Balsameria Emiliana. It is produced by cooking and fermenting the must of apples. The refining in oak barrels, using the Solera method results in an aroma which is rounded, full and in harmony with the wood used.
It is a refined condiment for use in the kitchen.
Excellent on roasts, bacon, desserts, salads, vegetables and fresh soft cheeses, fruit.

The Emilian White Balsamic Dressing won Silver in the Great Taste Awards 2006.
This is a special condiment that was produced to satisfy consumers who preferred the lighter colour to the dark colour of classic balsamic vinegar. It is made from white wine vinegar and cooked grape must aged and refined in oak barrels.
This is perfect for use on salads or on fish or white meats, for those who appreciate a delicate taste.
