These wild boar slices are unusual and delicious. We have sourced them from a small and excellent producer in Tuscany and they are well worth the discovery!
They are an artisan product and the extra virgin olive oil they are in is the delicious Monti Pisani Vicopisano oil, which is a unique product from the Pisa area.
