These whole black summer truffles come from Umbria which has long been in the fore-front of truffle products and is famous for their truffles worldwide.
(When drained they are 40g.)
They are very versatile and ideal for shaving onto one of our lovely artisan pastas, or onto mushroom risotto to make it out of this world!
Extremely good value compared to fresh truffles and of course they last much longer. They have a terrific flavour, so enjoy! (The jar comes with an average of 5 or more whole truffles) (we can@t be exact with the number of truffles per jar , as its based on the weight of individual truffles.
