This Sicilian sea salt is harvested by hand from the Trapani Natural Reserve Saltpans. It is obtained according to the Phoenicians' ancient methods.
It retains its natural content of magnesium, potassium, iodine as well as the trace elements found in seawater,giving it a complete and rich flavour.
It contains no additives, nor has it been processed, thus being a completely natural product.
