The Bloc of Foie Gras ( 3 stars mark of quality) is great for spoiling yourself and some friends, as a rich starter with champagne or a good white wine!
It is wonderful on toast or good bread and can be thinly sliced and placed on a fillet steak to make it wonderful!
It makes a really nice present too.
