This 3 star Foie Gras by Edouard Artzner has truffles with it which makes it quite superb!
Fantastic as a starter or on small pieces of toast or ciabatta with drinks.Just serve with a dry white wine or champagne!
It's great as a standby for a special meal especially at Xmas.
