This superb balsamic vinegar of La Vecchia Dispensa, has been aged for 40 years in wooden casks. It has a refined and wonderful flavour as you would expect from an aged balsamic that has been looked after for 40 years!
It is wonderful with fresh Parmesan cheese, or with fresh pear and gorgonzola, or with a sprinkling over fresh strawberries with good quality vanilla ice-cream.
