The black truffle carpaccio is a very special product, made from truffles from the Umbrian region of Italy.
Carpaccio means that the black truffle is thinly sliced and it is a superb addition to an extremely posh meal. The flavour is quite special. It can be added to a wild mushroom risotto, one of our excellent bronze drawn pastas, or to bresaola, making a wonderful starter to a meal.
It would make a great present for a foody friend as it is an unusual and delicious product!
