This delicious and unusual balsamic is made with fig puree and good quality balsamic vinegar. Try it with parma ham wrapped round ricotta cheese, or drizzled round the edge of the plate with fresh figs, or pear and gorgonzola cheese, rocket and a few walnuts. This is a superior product to those which just have "fig flavouring"
Also great with a drop or two over a roast duck breast!
Great for having around to enhance many dishes especially at Xmas.
